Welcome back to Lucy and Charlie Russell, our own Robins returning from the South. Hope you had a good winter. It is nice to see our retirees coming home from the summer.
John and Betsy Hall on Riverview Road have also returned. You always know they have arrived because the dock is out and ready for action.
Donna and I will be out of the office on June 23 for classes, so we can issues plates. We will be going to the Union Town Office. If we had waited to go to Augusta it would have been a lot later in the fall.
That is also June Town Meeting date that the selectmen have chosen. IT will be held in the big yellow Meeting House on Route 218 at 7 p.m. I am giving you enough time to mark your calendar with a big X so you don't forget to come. Remember that we have the rest of the school budge to vote on. | |
