District 20 Sends Dow To Augusta


The voters in District 20 elected Republican Dana Dow of Waldoboro to the Senate over incumbent Chris Hall, Democrat of Bristol.

Dow received about 56 percent of the vote with Hall receiving about 44 percent

George Bishop was elected to the House seat 61, beating out Bruce Mac Donald.

Republican Kenneth Honey will be the new Lincoln County Commissioner. Taking over the seat currently held by John O'Connell.

Honey received about 56 percent of the votes with Democrat David Taylor getting 44 percent.
