Please note a temporary schedule change for the office of the Town Clerk. The town clerk hours for November 8 will be 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Michelle will be out the week of November 12-16. If anyone needs anything during that time period, they can see her deputy, Dedee, who will cover for her during office hours on Tuesday, from noon to 7 p.m. and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The selectmen have had numerous replies to the survey they sent out. Please remember, if you want more information on the coal gasification plant, include your contact information.

Don't forget - this Sunday, November 11 at 5 p.m. Georgia will begin meeting at the town office to begin practicing for the Christmas show. Please call Georgia Sledge at 882-7645 if you have any questions.
