Dec 06, 2007 "Serving Alna, Dresden, Edgecomb, Westport, Wiscasset and Woolwich" Vol 38, Number 49

What is Wiscasset's position on the bypass?

Paula Gibbs

A few years ago, the selectmen took $50,000 that voters had approved for planning on the bypass and spent it on something else. They haven't talked about it in months.

Tuesday night someone asked if they had taken a position on it. One

selectman shook his head and the

facilitator said "David says `no.' "

Public comment ends on December 21. Where are we on this?
