Winter Family Fun Day set for February 18
The Chewonki Foundation's Winter Family Fun Day will be held on Monday, February 18, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Activities will include snowshoeing, animal tracking, pizza making, and a presentation called "Owls Of Maine."
Learn about animals and winter adaptations while snowshoeing on beautiful Chewonki Neck. Bake a pizza lunch over a campfire. Morning activities are outdoors, afternoon activities are indoors. Open to all ages at parent discretion. Snowshoes are available, although in limited sizes only. This program is also open to any first through eighth grade day campers without an adult attending.
