The Wiscasset selectmen and the budget committee worked until after 11 p.m. Tuesday evening going over the budget and finalizing the ballot for the June Town meeting.

The draft copy of the ballot was reviewed by the selectmen, and some recommendations differed from the recommendation of the budget committee.

The budget committee will meet before the public informational meeting scheduled for Saturday morning at 9 a.m., at the Wiscasset Middle School to revisit some of the articles that were discussed at the meeting, and perhaps will make changes to their previous recommendations.

There are currently 44 articles on the warrant, with the possibility of another article asking the voters to accept Borski Way as a town road.

The selectmen agreed to add the article to the warrant on the condition the road was up to town standards, and had been inspected by a town official by noon on Friday.

The questions that will be put be the voters on the ballot include, and are subject to change;
